Owner/operators Faustino and Viviana Adame proudly staff their farm with more than 50% female employees. For over three generations, the Adames have been carefully tending their coffee farm. Currently, their goals are to continue providing employment opportunities to women, modernize their operation, and continually improve the coffee they grow for customers..
